Family Works provides a range of compassionate, effective, and affordable services tailored to building essential parenting and life skills for people with cognitive disabilities. We envision a day when all people with cognitive disabilities can achieve their fullest potential and live independent and fulfilling lives.

With a rich history spanning over 45 years, Family Works has been a steadfast provider of Independent Living Skills and Parenting Support Services for adults with disabilities. Our aim is to empower and inspire our clients, equipping them with the tools to enhance their social, emotional, and parenting skills in their family, work, and community settings.

Family Works provides services in 12 counties throughout the Bay Area, including Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey Counties. Family Works has offices in Novato and Santa Clara.
